Effective Communication in Healthcare Online CNE Course
This online course has been designed to help healthcare providers in all disciplines enhance communication with their patients as well as other healthcare professionals. Your interactions with patients and colleagues are opportunities to develop trust and exert a positive influence. This course will provide you with communication skills and strategies to have thoughtful, empathic and effective conversations.
Topics include boundary setting, non-verbal communication, giving effective feedback, infusing empathy into written communication, and dealing with a variety of challenging communication scenarios. Multiple demonstrations will be given using standardized patients.

Target Audience
This online course is designed for nurses, physicians, social workers, and pharmacists. All interested healthcare staff are welcome to attend.
