DESCRIPTION
A weekly conference, held every Wednesday, organized by the Department of Pathology at Mayo Clinic Florida, in which breast pathologists from Mayo Clinic Florida, Arizona, and Rochester discuss interesting and challenging breast cases to seek diagnostic concordance.  

TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is intended primarily for physicians and resident/fellows.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe challenging surgical pathology breast diagnoses
  • Discuss pertinent immunohistochemical stains and ancillary tests which will aid in the final diagnosis.
  • Apply important managing implications to help bridge the gap to advance patient care. 
  • Describe and generate differential diagnoses.
